ABOUT THE ROLE


Upstate Sport is looking for an Art Director to lead and evolve the visual identity of the brand across every touchpoint. This is a hands-on creative role for someone with a strong social-first mindset and deep understanding of digital execution.

Working within a fast-moving team, you’ll own the creative output end-to-end. From concepting campaigns and directing shoots to rolling up your sleeves on day-to-day execution and content creation, you’ll help shape a brand that feels elevated, relevant and culturally connected.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and evolve the Upstate Sport visual identity across all channels and touchpoints
  • Translate brand, product and campaign strategy into strong visual storytelling
  • Lead and execute creative across ecommerce, social, paid media, CRM, wholesale and brand moments
