Key Responsibilities
Delivery Operations
- Ensures that products loaded in the delivery trucks are accurate in quantity and specifications as per load manifest.
- Checks and inspects the delivery vehicle unit for safety using the BLOWFAAD form.
- Ensures that documents and equipment required for the delivery are complete prior to checkout.
- Drives, maneuvers, and navigates the truck to the desired destination, ensuring safety of products and passengers.
- Transports the products promptly and within schedule.
- Assists in the unloading of the goods to ensure fast, efficient and safe transport of the products to the customer.
- Collects bad orders as indicated in the delivery documents (negative invoice, RTV).
- Escalates delivery rejections and follows Distribution Supervisor's disposition.
- Compiles, encodes, categorizes, and audits data once the products are delivered.
