Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
The AI Lead will spearhead the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven solutions across the Pioneer Group. This role will drive strategic AI initiatives, assess business opportunities for automation and intelligence, and ensure the ethical, secure, and scalable deployment of AI technologies. The AI Lead will have to understand organization and company challenges and how AI can address convert such to a competitive edge.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop the organization’s AI roadmap aligned with enterprise strategies.
- Identify high-impact AI use cases across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products.
- Accelerate AI adoption across Pioneer to improve efficiency, customer experience and champion a culture of data-driven decision-making.
