Stratford District Children & Family Centre's are a friendly welcoming service who work together with our partner agencies to support families and young people to achieve the best possible outcomes and improve their life chances. The service is tailored to local need with specific provision based on in-depth understanding of the local communities it serves. The Children and Family Centre service includes the following core elements: coordination and administration of the designated Children & Family Centres, associated outreach provision and volunteer co-ordination; provision of a range of stay, play and learn opportunities; service, locality and community development.
