Job Responsibilities
Recover outstanding Adult Social Care debts owed to Portsmouth City Council using a supportive, inclusive, and empathetic approach.
Manage an individual caseload of vulnerable clients experiencing financial difficulties.
Visit clients, representatives, residential homes, day centres, and other required locations to provide support and resolve financial matters.
