ASCOTT HOST JOB DESCRIPTION
As part of CapitaLand Group's serviced residence portfolio, the Ascott Host delivers a personalized service experience that exceeds resident expectations. The role creates a pleasant atmosphere and a sense of home away from home. The Host works with Housekeeping, Engineering and Security Departments and reports directly to the Manager or Assistant Manager, Guest Service.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Ensure residents are well taken care of from arrival to departure.
- Provide in-room check-in service for all VIP residents.
- Attend to and anticipate all residents' queries and needs.
- Provide recommendations on nearby amenities, places of interest and assist residents in making travel, tours and restaurant reservation arrangements.
