At ttg Talent Solutions we are looking for a Commercial Agent to join one of our amazing clients. You will be in charge of providing support to the Commercial Area Management in the Customer Retention and/or Insured area. Achieve a high percentage of insureds who renew their contracts with the company. Negotiate with the insureds and provide them with different alternatives or options within our plans to retain the customer.
Basic Functions
- Prepare semiannual progress reports on goals, with details of why some insureds chose not to renew, if applicable.
- Telemarketing, follow-up, and debt collection.
Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- English 80%
- Experience in Pre-paid Medical Insurance.
