Asphalt Assistant Plant Manager (Step-Up to Management)
Location: Near Bristol
Salary: £35,000 – £38,000 + Benefits
This isn’t a senior Plant Manager role.

This is your chance to step into management properly, take ownership of an Asphalt operation, and build your experience within a well-run site.
You’ll be leading a key section of the plant, backed by an experienced Site Manager, with the opportunity to grow into something bigger.
The Role
- Run day-to-day operations across the Asphalt section
- Lead and support operatives on site
- Keep standards high across safety, housekeeping, and output
- Work closely with the wider team to keep production running smoothly
- Support maintenance, performance, and compliance across the plant
