We are seeking anAsphalt Laborer who supports paving crews on heavy highway and road construction projects. This role involves physical labor, assisting with asphalt placement, site preparation, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Assist in the placement, spreading, and leveling of asphalt on roadways and highwaysPrepare surfaces by cleaning, sweeping, or compacting base materialsOperate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, lutes, and tampersWork alongside paving equipment (pavers, rollers, skid steers)Direct traffic flow and maintain safe job-site conditionsLoad and unload materials, tools, and equipmentFollow safety procedures and wear required PPE at all timesPerform site cleanup and general labor duties as assigned Ability to perform strenuous p...
