Asphalt Plant Manager - North

Responsibilities / Key Tasks Overall responsibility for the operation and maintenance of Breedons asphalt plants across the North of Ireland. Coordinate and manage asphalt production to ensure all production requirements and contract specifications are achieved safely, efficiently, on time, and in a cost-effective manner. Ensure all asphalt plants and associated equipment are serviced and maintained appropriately, with planned and preventative maintenance carried out regularly. Ensure all asphalt plants are operated safely and maintained in a clean and tidy condition at all times. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with Contracts Managers and Supervisors to ensure the timely supply of asphalt and other bituminous products to meet operational requirements, including works outside normal working hours where necessary.
