Operate and meticulously maintain advanced leveling equipment ensuring precise asphalt application for smooth uniform surfaces. Execute intricate asphalt leveling techniques to achieve specified grade and cross-slope requirements on diverse project sites. Conduct thorough pre-operation checks on all machinery, identifying and reporting any mechanical issues to prevent downtime. Monitor asphalt temperature consistency and flow during the paving process, making real-time adjustments for optimal results.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; vocational training in heavy equipment operation is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands‑on experience specifically in asphalt paving and leveling operations.
- Certification in operating heavy machinery or specific asphalt equipment is highly desirable.
