**Job Description**
This position is responsible for assembling wiring and related components used in the production of heating equipment. The role involves working at multiple assembly stations and performing repetitive, detail-oriented tasks with small parts. A high level of precision and consistency is required to ensure quality standards are met.
Employees primarily work in a seated position and will rotate between assigned stations. Cross-training is provided to develop proficiency across various production areas and to support overall operational flexibility. The products assembled are primarily used in commercial food service environments, including fast-food and restaurant operations, as well as in custom applications for a diverse customer base.
