Who will you be working with?
As an assembly technician, you will work within production lines alongside fellow technicians. You'll report to production supervisors and leads who guide your work and monitor efficiency. Quality control, safety coordinators, maintenance technicians, and engineering teams will also interact with you to ensure high standards of manufacturing, safety, and operational excellence. Your role demands effective communication and collaboration across multiple departments to maintain smooth production processes.
