**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble small components using a microscope and hand tools.
+ Ensure precision and attention to detail in assembly tasks.
+ Maintain high attendance standards, with only 1 allowable absence and tardiness within the first 90 days.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in using microscopes for extended periods.
+ Experience with small hand tools.
+ Strong attention to detail and precision in assembly work.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
