Assemble frames, sub-assemblies, cooling systems, and enclosure components using hand and power tools. Install mechanical hardware, busbars, brackets, cable trays, and structural components according to engineering drawings and build instructions. Perform alignment of mechanical parts and follow electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Route, cut, strip, crimp, and terminate wires and harnesses. Install electrical components, document results, and communicate issues to engineering or project leads. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions accurately. Conduct in-process quality inspections to ensure assembly meets all standards. Use a tablet to find job orders and lift up to 50 lbs. Assemble, modify, rework, and reassemble production components using drawings, pick tickets, process documentation, and verbal instructions.
