Assembly Area Lead - 2nd Shift

Summary:

•  The Assembly Lead will manage a team of 5-7 employees in the assembly department, focusing on training, coaching, and mentoring to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of assembly tasks.


• This role is accountable for maintaining accurate timekeeping records, monitoring team performance, and upholding safety, quality, and delivery standards.
• Reporting directly to the Assembly Area Supervisor, the Assembly Lead will collaborate closely with cross-functional department leaders to meet critical project deadlines and drive operational success.

Hours of Operation:
