Job Description

Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading company, in their search for Assembly Operatives to work in their leading facility based in Stoke on Trent.

For the successful Assembly Operatives, our client is offering:

  • Pay Rate of £12.85 - £13.87 depending on experience - You get x1.3 for working Nights so - £16.70 - £18.03 per hour

  • Nights position - Monday to Thursday 6pm-6am

  • Overtime available - (Time and a half during the week & on Saturdays / Double Time on Sundays)

  • Temporary to Permanent position

  • Bonus at Christmas depending on business performance

  • Extra 1 day annual leave after 5 years of service

  • Extra 2 days annual leave after 10 years of service

    • The Role - Assembly Operatives:

  • Use of hand and power tools daily

  • Assembling a variety of components for vehicles

  • Fitting shelving/wiring/racking/...
