We are currently recruiting an experienced Assembly Operative to join our client's manufacturing team based in the Ashford area.
This is a hands-on role within a busy production environment, where you will support a range of assembly and production tasks using hand tools. You will be expected to work accurately and efficiently at a fast pace while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Assembling components using a variety of hand tools
Following work instructions and assembly specifications accurately
Maintaining consistent quality standards throughout production
Working efficiently to meet daily production targets
