**Job Title: Assembler Operator**
**Pay Rate:** $19.80/hr
**Shift:** 3rd Shift, 10:00pm – 6:00am
**Position Summary**
The Assembler Operator is an entry-level role responsible for preparing, assembling, and inspecting products to meet quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Set up equipment and machines at the start of each shift
+ Conduct quality assurance checks and inspect for product defects
+ Communicate promptly with set-up technicians and supervisors regarding any operational issues
+ Use inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, optical comparators) for accurate dimensional inspections
+ Complete quality inspection documentation independently and make necessary adjustments
+ Read and interpret basic blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and bills of materials
+ Document and report any product defects according to company procedures
