Job responsibilities
- Product realisation including meeting project deliverables, finalise Product Specification, BOM, Assembly concept, DFM and Production layout
- Creation of PFMEA, Control Plan and Manufacturing Instruction
- Assembly Jigs and Fixtures design
- Product release acceptance criteria including defining in-process testing and final outgoing
- Product failure analysis and implementation of corrective actions
- Build assembly engineering team to improve and sustain mass production products, including First Pass Yield, Engineering Change, Cost and Productivity improvement
- Play key role in customer complaint investigation, root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions
- Maintain currency of PFMEA, Control Plan, Work Instructions and Manufacturing Instructions
