Must be a team player and have good coordination abilities. Must be detail-oriented and well organized to avoid accidents. Must be physically fit and healthy for lifting heavy items.
Must be open for working long standing hours. Can work well without supervision. Strong technical knowledge about manufacturing procedures
Superior mental and analytical ability and problem solving techniques
Able to interpret technical drawings.
Must have good eye-hand coordination for working with small components.
Minimum of 2 years experience in plastic industry of a manufacturing set up
