The Opportunity:
Our client designs and manufactures advanced electric propulsion and smart marine systems from its waterside facility on the River Hamble. Its technology powers commercial, defence, leisure and autonomous vessels as global demand accelerates for high performance electric alternatives.
With production volumes increasing and external manufacturing partnerships being established, this appointment is commercially significant. The successful individual will not simply build units. They will help shape how a growing production function scales without compromising precision, safety or reputation.
