**1st & 2nd Shift Assembly Technician – Temp to Hire**
**Location:** West Fargo, ND
**Pay:** $20–$26 per hour (based on experience & skills)
**2nd Shift Premium:** Extra 7% pay
**Schedules:**
+ **1st Shift:** Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, with occasional Friday overtime
+ **2nd Shift:** Monday–Thursday, 4:15 PM–2:45 AM, with occasional Friday overtime
