The Assessment Services Adviser is a fast paced and varied role that sits at the centre of our service delivery. You will coordinate activity between field-based Assessors, customers, and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.
This role combines customer service, scheduling, and administrative responsibilities. Success requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to enquiries via email, phone and live chat promptly ensuring accurate information is provided and the customer’s enquiry is resolved professionally or where necessary directed to the appropriate department.
- Manage Assessor diaries to improve efficiency and reduce client lead times
- Accurately process referrals for DSE assessments on the relevant systems
