Position Overview: This position is responsible for the administrative and accounting functions of the Asset Department ensuring that project spend is properly approved, spending monitored and reported; contracts and compliance documents are properly executed; and asset data and information is properly maintained in CF's systems of record.
What you will do:
+ Provide setup of construction projects and on-going budget maintenance in Oracle Project Module
+ Accurate Data entry of budget details from approved capital and major repair expenditure projects.
+ Maintain schedules and project work orders assigned to site supervisors according to project timelines for both planned and unplanned projects
