HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
The role consists of coordinating and delivering excellent Client Service to clients from all Non-US regions (EMEA and Asia ex. Japan) in relation to the Goldman Sachs Offshore Liquidity Funds. The role will require a pro‑active approach in supporting ongoing client needs, identifying Client Service enhancements and evolving these ideas into implementation or making recommendations to Management. The role also involves working closely with the various Sales Teams and other departments within the firm to improve the overall Client Experience. Improving the efficiencies within the team, as well as day to day client trade order and query handling are also priorities.
