We are looking for a detail-driven specialist with strong knowledge of CAFM systems, structured asset data standards, and ISO9001 quality frameworks.
You will play a key role in enhancing data quality, shaping survey methodologies, and providing expert oversight of our asset information systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain asset data models, hierarchies, taxonomies, and data dictionaries. Ensure asset records are accurate, complete, validated, and aligned to organisational standards. Oversee the import, validation, and updating of asset information from surveys, contractors, and internal teams. Conduct regular data quality audits and implement corrective and preventive actions.
