The Asset Management Analyst is an integral member of the Marquette Real Estate Investments asset management team, providing analytical and operational support to Asset Managers across a vertically integrated multifamily portfolio. This role offers direct exposure to all facets of real estate asset management, from monitoring day-to-day property performance and rental pricing strategy to supporting capital improvement analysis, investor reporting, and the broader investment lifecycle. The ideal candidate is an intellectually curious, detail-oriented professional who is eager to develop a deep understanding of how assets are managed, valued, and optimized.
