Asset Management and Building Compliance Coordinator

This role supports asset management and building compliance functions, providing governance, project support, business improvement, client engagement, and self‑development activities within WSP.

Technical Responsibilities

• Develop templates and governance documentation and support delivery of asset management strategies and lifecycle outputs using internal system (ADT).
• Support preparation and maintenance of asset registers, condition data, and compliance information for asset management and building compliance projects.
• Co‑ordinate BWOF and building compliance requirements using our internal software system (BICS).
• Provide project and data support to Asset Management and Building Compliance teams, including spreadsheet preparation, report formatting, and document control.
