Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations:
- Establish, maintain, and update the data center asset ledger.
- Regularly reconcile the asset ledger with financial records in accordance with company accounting policies.
- Ensure physical and recorded assets are consistent through regular inventory audits.
- Develop and implement physical asset management processes to ensure asset security, completeness, and efficient utilization.
- Ensure asset inbound/outbound work orders meet SLA service targets.
- Manage the full lifecycle of equipment, including signing additional maintenance contracts after warranty expiration, handling equipment decommissioning after 4–5 years of depreciation, and overseeing RMA (return/repair management) processes.
