Asset Manager - Multi Family properties

Responsibilities
- Reporting to the VP of Multi-family, you will interact with and direct third parties when sending financial information related to the assets, which consist of 2000 units.
- Set asset strategy plans for each property, including long-term plans, projected performance, risk assessment, and market influences.
- Approve annual budgets and ensure they align with asset strategy plans.
- Manage valuations and property assessments, assess development potential, oversee communication strategies for each property, and provide quarterly projections.
