Job Description
We are seeking a strategic, highly analytical Portfolio & Asset Manager to oversee our client’s real estate investment portfolio primarily in Singapore. In this role, you will be involved in a multi-faceted scope where you will be responsible for the overall asset and portfolio management of their properties in Singapore.
Reporting to the Director, you will be looking to be part of the team that supports the execution of their property development pipeline, driving financial performance, managing risk throughout the investment lifecycle, and ensuring that development projects are delivered on time and on budget. You will be maximizing Net Operating Income (NOI) and identify new value-add or divestment opportunities.
