Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD) with at least 3 years of experience in acute care (ER, ICU, acute medicine, or general practice).
- Strong decision‑making, communication, and time‑management skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
Description
- Assess and manage medical assistance cases for Compass policyholders.
- Provide clinical advice to patients, families, employers, and internal teams.
- Evaluate medical urgency, determine care pathways, and escalat(e) high‑risk cases when needed.
- Coordinate medical evacuations and repatriations with International SOS Assistance Centers. Liaise with treating physicians to verify care quality and suitability.
