Job Description
Assistance Officer in insurance has the main mission to collect and process requests from insured persons in difficulty regarding an incident that has occurred. The mission consists of:
Handling telephone requests in a welcoming and professional manner;
Managing priorities and organizing oneself according to the urgency of each case;
Ensuring customer satisfaction;
Engaging in a process of improvement by taking into account various activity indicators.
Profile sought:
Associate's degree (Bac+2) minimum
Experience in customer relations, empathy, organization, stress management, flexible hours, mastery of computer tools, and basic insurance knowledge. Priority: customer satisfaction and emergency management.
