Assist with the management and issuance of insurance certificates requested by clients.
Accurately and promptly process online payments.
Review cancellation notices received from agencies, carriers, and premium finance companies.
Prepare letters, binders, and general correspondence.
Upload and maintain documents in the client’s digital file.
Address client needs and provides consistent follow-up.
Serve as the primary point of contact for general customer service: answering coverage questions, processing changes, explaining payment plans, and more.
