Job Description
We are currently seeking an Assistant Accountant to join a leading dealership group in Berwick. Due to the nature of this busy role, a positive attitude with a hands-on approach is required.
What the role briefly entails:
- Assisty in preparation of the monthly accounts
- Extensive balance sheet reconciliations
- Reporting and analysis of P&L statements
- Assist in the statutory tax reporting namely, GST, LCT, FBT and PAYG
- Cash flow management
- Deal processing
- Manufacturer reporting
- Payroll
- Assist in HR process
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar position.
- Automotive Dealership background essential
- Experience with Pentana / ERA essential
- Experience in use of Unipay desirable.
- Superior communication skills written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and high analytical skills
