Responsibilities
- Prepare payment, receipt, and journal vouchers
- Maintain proper physical and digital filing records
- Assist in financial reporting and daily accounting tasks
- Ensure accurate book keeping and record maintenance
- Manage manual ledger entries and reconciliation
- Support senior accounts staff in routine operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel
