ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data entry and maintenance across Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel
- Adapt quickly to varied cost and production sheet formats across departments
- Perform bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledger maintenance
- Prepare timely reconciliations and financial reports
- Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions independently
COMMUNICATION & COLLABORATION
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams across different time zones
- Proactively flag issues and keep stakeholders informed without prompting
