Job Responsibilities
Fixed Asset Management
- Responsible for the Fixed Asset (FA) function, including FA master data maintenance such as capitalisation, disposal, transfers, and write-offs, as well as monthly FA closing, reconciliation, and preparation of related audit schedules.
- Review Construction-in-Progress (CIP) accounts and manage CapEx requisition projects to ensure proper tracking and timely capitalisation.
- Ensure compliance with fixed asset accounting policies, procedures, and internal control requirements.
- Coordinate and conduct the annual fixed asset physical count and address related audit queries.
- Support grant claim submission and audit.
Spare Parts Management
- Liaise with Operations team to ensure spare parts inventory movements are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
- Conduct periodic physical inventory counts.
