🔍 About the Role
As an Assistant Accountant, you will perform a broad range of accounting functions, supporting fixed assets, general ledger activities, and month-end closing processes. You will also collaborate cross-functionally to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Support month-end closing activities including preparation of journal entries
- Analyze and process fixed asset transactions in line with company policies
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting activities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger and balance sheet accounts
- Prepare P&L analysis and financial schedules
- Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable and delinquent accounts
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements
