Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entries in the accounting system with precision and attention to detail.
- Manage daily operational tasks, including accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP).
- Assist in preparing monthly and yearly financial schedules, as well as reconciling accounts.
- Support quarterly GST filing, corporate tax submissions, and other statutory compliance matters.
- Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and accounting software.
- Meticulous, with a positive attitude and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
