Your role:
Carry out billing and collection functions for our Global business. Coordination with different stakeholders in the billing issue and payment allocation clarification process to ensure records are updated to system timely and accurately. Handle general enquiries for billing & collection issues.Participating in UAT and supporting the implementation of system projects in Customer Accounts & Payments DepartmentBe responsible for all tasks relevant to the role such as bank reconciliation; preparation of operation statistics and perform other ad-hoc assignments as required.
