Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Baker to support our Head Baker in daily production. This is a full-time position that requires working night shifts to ensure our customers have fresh bread and pastries every morning.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and baking of French artisanal breads and pastries with consistent quality in taste and presentation.
- Manage dough fermentation, shaping, lamination and oven temperatures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
