Job Description
- Analyze and interpret RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents to understand the client’s requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, solutioning team, and project management, to gather necessary information for proposal development.
- Go through requirements to identify and strategize with Department Manager to close all maintenance gaps.
- Prepare proposals that meet all requirements, emphasize organizational strengths, and differentiate from competitors.
- Collaborate with the bid team to ensure the bid is compliant, accurate, and competitive.
- Prepare for tender clearance with BU head prior to pricing submission to the Sales team.
- Manage time effectively to meet tight proposal submission deadlines.
