Responsibilities
BIM Leadership and Oversight:
Assist the BIM Manager(s) with office-wide and project related BIM standards development, implementation and enforcement. Create and maintain the project template files to assure standards. Provide support for electronic file submission and Singapore BIM authoring submission. Provide quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all drawings produced. Supervise, develop and enforce BIM documentation and workflow process standards. Train and oversee the day-to-day activities of Revit specialist(s) to ensure BIM standards are maintained in the creation of Architectural BIM model. Maintain high level of competency of software through continuous use and training.
