• Position: Assistant Branch Head
• Experience: Min 3 years of experience in NBFC / BFSI sector
• Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline
• Salary: 25 K - 30 K
• Location: Chennai
Requirements:
• 3–6 years of experience in NBFC/BFSI, preferably in Gold Loan or similar financial services sector
• Good knowledge of branch operations, Gold Loan processes, and financial products
• Ability to drive business growth, achieve targets, and support team performance effectively
Key Responsibilities:
Handling branch operations, motivate the team and ensure team work to achieve branch targets every month.
Ensure month on month gold loan growth for the branch.
Canvassing and marketing all products including debentures, insurance, tour and travel.
