Primary Objective:
Be responsible for P&L and budgets for own brands. Manage the marketing division and ensure that Marketing Executives is effectively trained in order to maximize their marketing skills and know-how (after 6 months or earlier). Provide leadership direction to the team and strengthen brands market presence (after 6 months or earlier). Specific Accountabillity
Numerical Objective:
Achievement and accountability for individual brand targets – up to profit contribution level for each brand. Tracking of sales on monthly basis by brand. Key reports include retail & wholesale sales analysis by brand, by channel and contribution (%) by sku. Marketing:
