What You’ll Do
Product Development & Brand Building
- Lead product concepts, positioning, and value propositions.
- Prepare product briefs for R&D, packaging, and creatives.
- Coordinate formulations, shade/fragrance development, testing, and packaging specs.
Launch Support
- Help plan timelines, prepare launch decks, trade presentations, and marketing materials.
- Ensure inventory readiness and product availability before launch.
Market & Business Insights
- Track sales performance, margins, and inventory.
