Reporting to the Deciduous Director, the position will be based at their CPT offices (Tyger Valley area).
Minimum knowledge & experience required to perform this job competently includes:
Inherent Education & Experience: Formal tertiary qualification/s with at least 10 years’ relevant work experience in the Grape industry.
Key Performance Areas (KPAs) include the following essential responsibilities:
- EBITDA: Grapes Budgeting & Forecasting; Achieving sustainable growth in respect to growers/volume and customers; EBITDA targets
- Product: Responsible for Area & Technical Management team, Growers, Procurement, Marketing team, Customers & Planning
