Spring Creek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a privately owned health-care facility offering both clinically proven short-term rehabilitation and long-term care services. With more than 400 beds, Spring Creek is the capital region'slargest skilled nursing facility. Located just minutes from downtown Harrisburg off Interstate 83 and surrounded by the region’s leading hospitals and health-care institutions, Spring Creek is the preferred destination for both East Shore and West Shore residents.
